Affiliate Disclosure
How we earn money from this website, and what that means for you.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
What this means
HuntingDrive participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to let sites earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. Some of the links on this website are affiliate links. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a small commission.
It costs you nothing extra
Using our links does not increase the price you pay. The commission comes from the retailer, not from you. In most cases the price is identical whether you arrive through our link or go directly.
How affiliate links appear on this site
You will usually see affiliate links in buttons and calls to action that point to product searches or product pages on Amazon. We mark these links with the appropriate attributes so search engines understand they are sponsored. Where we link to a specific product or search, the link may carry our tracking tag so that Amazon can credit qualifying purchases to us.
Does this affect our recommendations?
We aim to write helpful, honest content. Our goal is to help you choose gear that fits your needs and budget, and to explain trade-offs clearly. Commissions help fund the site, but we do not guarantee any particular product or outcome, and we will tell you when something has limitations. Because affiliate programs only pay on products available through partner retailers, our product mentions naturally lean toward items sold there.
Other affiliate programs and sponsored content
We may join other affiliate programs in the future. If we ever publish sponsored content or receive free products for review, we will clearly say so within the relevant article.
Prices and availability
Product prices and availability on Amazon and other retailers change frequently. Any price information we mention may be out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm the current price, details, and shipping terms on the retailer’s website before you buy.
Your choice
You are never required to use our links. If you prefer, you can search for the same product directly on the retailer’s website. We are grateful when you do use them, because every qualifying purchase helps us keep creating free guides.
